Nic’s 3 Years as Managing Director
This week, we’re celebrating three years of Nicola Docking as Poke’s superstar Managing Director.
Everybody knows that Poke wouldn’t be Poke without Nic. Whether it’s her ever-growing duck collection, her impeccable music taste or her ability to calm the room on a stressful day, she’s helped shape the culture that makes Poke what it is today. One where ideas are shared, questions are always encouraged and everyone feels confident to speak their minds. One of the biggest things she’s taught us is that people are just as important as the work they create and the best work comes from open, honest conversations and collaboration within the team.
More than anything, Nic believes in people. She gives the team the confidence to back themselves, take ownership and keep pushing ideas further. That trust has helped us grow, both as individuals and as an agency.

Paul’s 3 Years at Poke
Today also marks three years since our Creative Director, Paul, joined the team.
Paul first joined Poke as a Designer and it didn’t take long for his creativity and passion for great work to shine through. Since becoming Creative Director last year, he’s continued to push our creative thinking, inspire our design team and provide an endless amount of encouragement to everyone in the team.
Office life wouldn’t be the same without him. He’s always been authentically himself and that’s had a hugely positive impact on our whole team and our clients.
