Summer at Poke

Up North Conference

Our client services team Emily and Molly attended the Up North conference, hosted by Connective3. It was a brilliant event, hearing from a broad range of speakers talking all things marketing, taking a deep dive into social media trends, SEO and discussing the rise of AI. The perfect opportunity to meet new faces and to learn from some talented experts.

Achieve brand

We’ve been working closely with the team at ‘Achieve’ to showcase a brand they are truly proud of. Creating their new logo, a stunning newsletter and their new brand guidelines. Their new brand is now live across all of their platforms. Make sure to take a look.

Poke strategy day

Our team paid a visit to the beautiful Carden Park in Chester for two busy strategy days. It was a very hands-on and productive couple of days, and a great opportunity for the team to get involved and voice their opinions. We can’t spoil anything yet, but make sure to keep your eyes peeled over the next few months for some exciting developments.

Wolseley’s LGBTQIA+ campaign

Our client Wolseley were keen to showcase their support of the LGBTQIA+ community. We were able to create an array of assets for them, including an animated video, a social media campaign to support their partnership with LGBTQIA+ homeless charity AKT and badges for the team to wear on location. Check out of some of the work we have done & more behind the messaging, via their social media.

Poke’s new Managing Director, Nicola Docking

We recently appointed Nicola Docking as our new Managing Director. Nicola will move from head of strategy to her new role to lead our team of 10. Her focus will be on progressing Poke’s impressive growth plans along with continuing to deliver high quality creative for our clients.

Welcomed our new Designer, Paul Lowcock

We welcomed new designer, Paul Lowcock to the team. A fantastic addition to our growing team.

What are some of your key strengths?

Squeezing value out of every situation. Looking beyond the face value of whatever it is I’m doing and finding a lesson from the experience.

What are you most looking forward to at Poke?

Learning, becoming a better designer and discovering what I can add to Poke. Working in an ambitious environment with ambitious people and ambitious brands.

PL summer social

We attended this year’s brilliant summer social, hosted by our client Professional Liverpool. A fun night of drinks, nibbles and socialising. As always with PL, it was another great event. We look forward to attending their pub quiz in the Autumn.
