March roundup

Professional Liverpool’s brand launch at Cannes Do

Professional Liverpool held their annual Cannes Do event at the Titanic Hotel. Once again, it was fantastic to see over 500 of their members gathered to celebrate the great work professional services are doing in this city. During the event they revealed the new brand, that we have worked with them to create, to their membership. It was fantastic to see the great reaction to our work and we can’t wait to see the new brand in action.

We also attended Professional Liverpool’s board meeting to talk through the new brand and share the creative process. It was great to see such positive reactions across the board.

New starters

We recently welcomed two new graphic designers, Mark West and Alex Pankhurst to the Poke team. They have already had a fantastic start, creating some brilliant pieces of work. We look forward to seeing more of the great work they’ll produce at Poke.

We asked them a couple of questions about their key strengths, what they’re looking forward to working on at Poke and more. Check out what they have to say below.

WoWFest launch

For the third year running, we’ve been working alongside Writing on the Wall to create WoWFest: Class of ‘23. It has been a fantastic creative project for us and another year that we’ve loved working on the festival’s branding.

This year the festival is a month-long celebration of working-class culture and life in all its diversity. It will explore how class shapes perceptions, experiences, opportunities, culture, and how we view our place in the world.

We look forward to seeing how WOWFEST ‘23’s branding comes to life.

Zeus Tech Together

Know your SQL from your IPA, your Power Queries from your Pilsner and your draft from your data?

Our client Zeus Tech Solutions hosted their Tech Together event at Love Lane Brewery, Bar & Kitchen. It was great to see some familiar faces and get to know new ones while chatting all things tech and see everyone’s impressive beer knowledge. It was a brilliant event – hopefully the first of many!
