Autumn Roundup

With summer behind us, we’ve been diving into projects that make this season just as exciting. Here’s a roundup of everything we’ve been up to.

We launched a rebrand for TAWS

TAWS needed a brand that represents the impact the organisation is having on communities nationally. We developed a brand toolkit with a core logo, sub identities, tone of voice, colour palette, fonts, brand imagery, social media templates, business cards, pull-up banners, brochure designs and a brand launch video. Based on the 3 brand pillars of the TAWS brand, we ensured that the new brand reflected elements such as community, co-creation, knitting connections, equality, and wellbeing.

We attended the Liverpool Sportwoman’s Lunch

We had an inspiring afternoon at the Liverpool Sportswoman’s lunch, an event dedicated to celebrating the achievements of women in sport. A huge thank you to Clare Brookfield and her team for the invite and for putting together such a meaningful event.

Our Content Creator, Kelly, was nominated for Outstanding Apprentice of the Year at the Manchester Young Talent Awards

This award recognises rising stars in their apprenticeship journey, showcasing their incredible contribution and future potential. Kelly has been working towards a Level 3 Content Creator apprenticeship with The Juice Academy since October 2023, and it’s amazing to see her hard work over the last year recognised in this way.

We were named an ‘Independent Agency to Watch’ by Prolific North

We are honoured to be the only Liverpool-based agency named on Prolific North’s Independent Agencies to Watch 2024 list, celebrating exceptional Northern agencies making strides in areas like sustainability, growth, and diversity. This nomination is a testament to our team’s hard work and growth over the past year, from new client wins and award nominations to team promotions and a fresh office space. Huge thanks to Prolific North for this recognition.

We helped Alder Hey to launch a new advocacy campaign to end child inequality in the UK

Alder Hey needed an advocacy campaign to raise children’s health and inequality up the political agenda. It was incredible to attend the launch event for this campaign and to see how the messaging behind our designs can help to transform children and young people’s lives. Through the Ignite the Sparks campaign, There is a direct call to action – decision makers have the power to either ignite or put out their Spark.

We attended Professional Liverpool’s pub quiz

The Poke team’s general knowledge was put to the test at Professional Liverpool’s annual Pub Quiz. While we didn’t take home the trophy, it was great to see the PL team and we had a fantastic evening.

We launched a new website for the Diocese of Liverpool

The Diocese of Liverpool needed a site that would act as a hub for parishes to find out important information and advice about the church whilst also being easier for staff and volunteers to navigate. This new website makes it easier for users to tailor their own website journey and emphasises the Diocese’s key objectives.

The Programme has been shortlisted for 4 film festivals

We sponsored our friend Sam’s film ‘The Programme’, which has been shortlisted at the London Women Film Festival, B!tchFest Film Festival & Screenplay Contest, Little Venice Film Festival, and has won Best Thriller film at Paris Women Cinefest. It was incredible to play a part in bringing Sam’s vision to life. A very well-deserved congratulations to Sam and the team behind this amazing project!

Sophie Dance, a student at the University of Liverpool, joined us for a work placement

Sophie learned many aspects of agency life including what goes into creative strategy, attending client meetings, SEO training, writing copy and press releases, and planning content for social media. We have loved having her with us, she has been a real asset to the team. We can’t wait to see what she goes on to do!

We launched a new website for Merseyside Special Investment Fund

MSIF were looking for a new website to communicate their mission and show the fantastic work they do across the Liverpool City Region. For MSIF, we developed a new website along with an evolution of their logo. The new website reflects the more modern, slick feel that the dynamic organisation was looking for and highlights their commitment to helping local businesses within the Liverpool City Region.

We turned 4!

We’re incredibly proud to celebrate another year of partnerships with clients who trust us to help elevate their brands. A huge thank you to our clients as we couldn’t produce the work we do without their support and confidence in us to deliver. As we approach our 5th year in business next year, we can’t wait for everything that’s to come. With some more exciting projects ahead of us, we have lots to look forward to.
