Plumb Centre, part of the Wolseley Group, is a leading plumbing and heating merchant within the UK. In 2024, they launched an industry disrupting membership scheme. Rewarding customers in a variety of ways, the challenge was to get across the numerous and varied benefits of the scheme. The creative had to cut through the noise in a world of useless point based loyalty apps.

With a bold, copy led approach, we created a route that positioned the PlumbPro scheme as different from other “nice to have” rewards programmes. We emphasised Plumb Centre’s commitment to supporting their customers and dedication to providing them with the best customer experience. For the campaign, we created all promotional assets, including advertisements, banners, icons, photography, postcards, leaflets, trade show walls, merchandise, brand video, social teasers and a brand launch pack.
