We’re incredibly excited to share that Mollyann Kyte has been promoted to Senior Project Manager!
Molly joined us just six months after Poke launched as a baby faced apprentice and we very quickly knew she was something special. Having started in a Content Creator role, she soon found her true calling in client relationships and project delivery.
Now, after five years at Poke, lots of hard work and some amazing projects, nobody deserves this more. Molly puts absolutely everything into Poke, the team and her clients and somehow manages to keep us all on track, no matter how busy things get.

I’m really pleased and excited about my promotion. It’s crazy to look back at my progression since starting at Poke and to see how much I’ve grown in confidence & skill, with the many opportunities that Poke has given me. I’m proud of how far I’ve come and I’m excited to see what this next chapter will bring.
Anyone who knows Mol knows she’s one of the most positive, caring and hardworking people you’ll ever meet. We couldn’t be prouder to see her getting the recognition she deserves.
Molly has also been shortlisted for Employee of the Year at the Downtown in Business Livercool Awards 2026! Being shortlisted is a huge achievement and another brilliant recognition of just how much she brings to Poke.
