The Poke team is growing!

It has been an exciting period of growth for us at Poke. We are welcoming three new team members over the next few weeks.

First up, let us introduce you to our new Account Manager, Hannah Charnock.

Having spent the last few years doing a fantastic job running the marketing for Professional Liverpool, she is bringing her member engagement skills into our account management team.

Hear from Hannah below:

Meet Hannah Charnock, Account Manager

Where have you studied or worked previously?

I graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 2024 with a First Class BA (Hons) degree in Business with Marketing. During my second year, I completed an internship at Professional Liverpool as a Marketing Assistant, where I returned full-time after graduating. Over the course of two years, I progressed into the role of Marketing and Communications Executive, gaining valuable experience.

Starting my new role as Account Manager at Poke is a really exciting opportunity. I’m looking forward to working closely with the team, building strong client relationships, and contributing to impactful creative projects.

What are some of your key strengths?

I am very creative and enthusiastic about collaborating with clients to work towards shared goals and delivering meaningful, positive change.

I’m also highly organised and quick to learn, which helps me understand client needs efficiently and deliver work to a high standard.

What are you most looking forward to about working at Poke?

I’m most looking forward to learning new processes and gaining insight into creative workflows. From the outside, I’ve always been impressed by the work Poke delivers, so being part of the team is incredibly exciting. From concept through to delivery, I’m really looking forward to seeing ideas come to life and contributing to that journey.

What is something that people would be surprised to learn about you?

I’m really passionate about musical theatre. I’ve performed in amateur society productions since I was seven and still do to this day. I’m currently a member of Maghull Musical Theatre Company, where I’ve performed in My Fair Lady and White Christmas. I’m also currently rehearsing for The Producers, which I’ll be performing in this June.

Hannah has already made a great impression with our clients and within the Poke team, and we’re thrilled to have her on board. With her diverse skill set and strong communication, we’re confident she’ll help take our clients’ work to the next level.
