Republic M delivers digital interaction services that help pharmaceutical brands connect with healthcare professionals in meaningful ways. While their work is highly specialised, the company faced a key brand and communications challenge: protecting client interests means they can’t always share news or case studies, making it harder to maintain visibility and engagement.
They needed a bold new brand identity and digital presence that would set them apart in a competitive landscape and position them as ‘Proven.Leaders’, alongside a smart, sustainable content strategy that could bring their expertise to life.










The Impact
We designed a new logo, website, and full brand toolkit for Republic M, creating a confident, contemporary identity that reflects the clarity and expertise of their offering. The design symbolises behavioural change through rounded angular shapes, illustrating how Republic M guides clients step-by-step in the right direction. These flowing shapes can be found across the brand, including in the logo and fonts. We also use it as a device to house imagery, separate pages, and stack content. Paired with high contrast colours and contemporary imagery, the new identity conveys prestige, professionalism, and dynamic-decision making, bringing to life ‘Proven.Leaders’.
Beyond the rebrand, we also manage their social media activity, including content planning, copywriting, asset design, scheduling, engagement, and reporting. By using a variety of creative styles and mediums, we maximise the value of their existing assets to keep content relevant and engaging.
In the first six months, we’ve grown their following by 28%, increased impressions by 886%, boosted average monthly reactions by 1643%, and increased page views by 103%, helping Republic M build long-term awareness.
